This Saturday, Nine Cups will be at the Crystal Visions Craft & Wellness Market in Orewa — and we would love to see you there.

What to Expect at Our Stall

Come and spend a little time with us. We will have nine botanical herbal blends ready for you to taste. Each cup tells a story — nine unique formulations, crafted from over 100 natural herbs, rooted in the traditions of Chinese and Unani medicine.

We are also offering an Express Wellness Assessment at the stall. This is a short, informal conversation about how you are feeling — what your body may be telling you, and how traditional methods of observation can reveal patterns that are easy to overlook. No appointment needed. Just come as you are.

If you have been curious about Mindful Biodynamics — our practice rooted in qigong and biodynamic energy traditions — this is also a wonderful opportunity to have a relaxed conversation about it.
